HDC Wellness Night: Sharing Resources and Connecting with Community Partners

We’ll kick off the evening with a family yoga session at 6:00 PM in the C.E. Auditorium, followed by a special screening of Inside Out 2 for students. While students enjoy the film, parents and caregivers are invited to the Alumni Gym from 6:20 - 8:00 PM to connect with representatives from a diverse range of wellness-focused organizations and learn more about wellness resources available throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Additionally, from 7:00 - 8:00 PM, Counseling & Psychological Services and members of our administration will offer insightful presentations on key topics, including Emotional Regulation Strategies, Navigating Screen Time, and a demonstration of the Second Step program.
