PIAA SWIM DISTRICTS 2024
The Moravian Academy Swim Team saw many fast times at the 2024 District XI competition, including two record-breaking times and a district championship from Oliver Ritchey '27! Aidan Rodrigues, who swims with the Lions as part of a co-op program with Notre Dame of Green Pond, also set a team record.
DAY 1 RESULTS
Boys 200 IM - Oliver Ritchey '27 took gold and set a new team record. Max Williams '26 finished 5th, and Sebastian Malaver '24 finished 6th.
Girls 200 Medley Relay finished 5th - Tessa Francis '25, Charlene Liu '26, Abby Wegner and Megan Dadio '24
Boys 200 Medley Relay finished 2nd - Oliver Ritchey '27, Max Williams '26, Aidan Rodrigues and Sebastian Malaver '24
Girls 200 Free - Claire Daukshus finished 9th, and Charlene Liu '26 finished 15th.
Boys 200 Free - Aidan Rodrigues finished 3rd with a new team record
Girls 50 Free - Donja Tripp finished 2nd and Megan Dadio '24 finished 8th.
Girls 100 Fly - Christelle Waked finished 4th. Abby finished 7th and Ava Uliana finished 13th.
Boys 100 Fly - Grayson Bucher '25 finished 7th.
Girls 200 Free Relay finished 10th - Vivi Monk, Meliane Teleo '25, Lily Razavi '27 and Emily Murgia
